Jacqueline N. Goralczyk, Esq., LL.M.
Jacqueline Goralczyk is the founder of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice at Ianniello Anderson, P.C. Ms. Goralczyk advises business clients and individual clients on developing appropriate cybersecurity and data privacy practices as well as managing cyber incident responses and assisting clients in post incident remediation, reporting, and litigation. Ms. Goralczyk has practiced in the areas of residential and commercial real estate throughout her career and brings a unique perspective on the needs of clients in the financial services sector.
Ms. Goralczyk also continues to practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. She handles matters ranging from the purchase and sale of single family residential properties to complex commercial transaction. She also regularly appears before the New York State Attorney General for submission of homeowners’ associations and condominium associations.
Ms. Goralczyk received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University with a concentration in Business Law. She also received her LL.M. from Albany Law School of Union University in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy. She is currently pursuing the suite of CIPP designations through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Ms. Goralczyk also serves on the Board of Go Red for Women for the American Heart Association and Blondes vs. Brunettes for the Alzheimer’s Association.
